Snow Man is SERIOUS-ly showing off their spooky side with their haunting single to match the season of the spirits that rolls around during summer in Japan. 'SERIOUS' presents a nostalgic '80s tone that weaves the thrilling beats with the chime of the retro synths to create an air of eerieness around the track that compliment the dancable and vintage vibe of the song to a T.
The song's mysterious tone made it an unbeatable choice to be the theme for the horror film Stigmatized Properties: ZOKU – The Terrifying Floor Plan which stars group member Shota Watanabe. The movie premiered nationwide in Japan on 25 July.
A music video was also released to accompany the track featuring the nine member band showing off their bone-chilling dance moves along with the track's addictive beats. The video also showcases amazing visuals depicting various ghouls and monsters that the band escapes from, making it a fun and thrilling visual translation of the track.
As a bonus release, Snow Man also dropped the song 'Ready Go Round' from their 2023 studio album i DO ME, which was featured as the theme song to Traveling with Snow Man, which is a brand-new docuseries that features the band streaming now on Disney+.
