Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, and Michelle Yeoh are heading to Singapore for the Asia-Pacific premiere of Wicked: For Good. Happening on 13 November, the star-studded event will take place at Universal Studios Singapore, making the city the only Asian stop on the film’s global promotional tour.
Joining the powerhouse trio are fellow cast member Jeff Goldblum and director Jon M. Chu, who will walk the “yellow carpet” at Resorts World Sentosa. While the screening is exclusive to invited guests, fans visiting the park can catch a glimpse of the stars during the public premiere festivities.

The Singapore event marks the fourth stop in the international tour, following London, New York, and São Paulo. It’s part of the build-up to the film’s highly anticipated theatrical release in the U.S. on 21 November. Wicked: For Good continues the spellbinding story from the original Wicked musical, focusing on the iconic friendship between Glinda and Elphaba.
Directed by Chu, the film features two original tracks — ‘No Place Like Home’ by Erivo and ‘The Girl in the Bubble’ by Grande — alongside reimagined versions of the beloved stage songs. The cast also includes Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, Bowen Yang, and newcomer Marissa Bode, making this one of the most diverse and dynamic ensembles seen in a major movie musical.
