Central Cee’s Singapore debut on 18 March at Pasir Panjang Power Station is facing backlash online, with concertgoers sharing frustrating experiences from the night.
Multiple attendees claimed they queued for up to two hours just to enter the venue — only to miss a significant portion of the show. One fan shared that despite arriving at 6:30PM, they only got in around 8:20PM, by which time the main set had already begun. The performance reportedly ended around 8:50PM, leaving many fans with just 30 minutes of the headline act.
Others echoed similar sentiments, pointing to poor crowd and queue management. Some even alleged that ticket checks were abandoned at one point, with attendees being rushed into the venue.
Central Cee Singapore (18 Mar) – queued 2 hours, missed most of the show. Anyone else?

Across a Reddit thread, frustration centred on two key issues:
- Long entry queues and unclear crowd control
- A headline set that lasted under an hour
Several fans described the experience as “the worst concert” they’ve attended, while others compared it to past large-scale concert mishaps in Singapore.
“The queue to get in was almost as long as the set itself,” one user wrote, while another added, “Arriving at 6:30PM should have been more than enough time.”

While many fans pointed fingers at organisers Midas Promotions and Shaw Brothers Live Entertainment for logistical failures, others questioned the short set length itself.
Adding fuel to the backlash, users also claimed that promoters disabled comments and removed posts on social media following the complaints.
“I feel like we paid for a full show but didn’t actually get it,” one fan wrote.
