Even as he experienced a setback late last year, which halted his career for a few months, it's clear there's still a huge demand for Gentle Bones.
The Singaporean singer-songwriter, real name Joel Tan, recently announced his live comeback, due on June 10 at the Esplanade Concert Hall.
SingJazz Festival 2016 helped made it possible for us to bring you this week's news. (What is this?)
However, in just 10 days following the announcement, the show has officially sold out. Now, he's adding another date to accommodate the growing fanbase.
“There is so much in store in the near future and my show at The Esplanade will be the first time I get to showcase them," says Tan in a press release. "Having sold out an entire hall on the first night, I am now given the opportunity to present both the old and the new to even more people. I am ecstatic and I hope this leap of faith pays off.”
