Fans waiting to catch GHOST 王琳凯 in Singapore this week will have to hold on a little longer. The artist’s highly anticipated GHOST THE ASCENDANT TOUR 2026 ‘魁’ IN SINGAPORE, originally scheduled for 15 May at Arena @ EXPO, has officially been postponed just one day before the concert.

In a statement released on 14 May, organisers CK Star Entertainment shared that the postponement was due to delays in the visa approval process affecting other overseas tour stops outside Singapore.

According to the statement, both the tour and artist teams had completed all necessary preparations and submitted visa application materials in advance. However, due to the May holiday period and “other objective factors”, the visa approval process was not completed within the originally planned timeline.

The statement further explained that the delayed approval process meant the relevant passports had not yet been returned, preventing the artist from proceeding with the planned international travel arrangements and ultimately affecting the Singapore stop.

Organisers also clarified that the postponement was “unrelated to the local event preparation or application process in Singapore”, adding that all preparations for the concert had continued as planned throughout the period.

At the time of writing, a new show date has yet to be announced. The team shared that they are currently working closely with the venue and relevant partners to finalise a revised schedule, with further updates to be announced through official channels.

For ticket holders, full refunds will be automatically issued via the original payment method within 30 business days through the official ticketing platform. No further action is required from fans. The organisers also noted that follow-up announcements regarding compensation and travel arrangement support are currently being coordinated and will be shared at a later date.

The postponement comes shortly after GHOST 王琳凯 announced his new album 魁 [“KUI”] and accompanying world tour. The Singapore stop had been slated to kick off the Asia leg of the run, ahead of a scheduled show in Kuala Lumpur on 17 May.
