9 July was a landmark night for Asia’s next-gen music scene as 88rising brought its Road to FAM Southeast Asian tour to a spectacular close with a sold-out finale at Bangkok’s iconic Hua Lamphong Railway Station — the first time the heritage site has hosted a public concert. Backed by Levi’s® and curated by 88rising’s Future Asian Music (FAM) platform, the show was part of the official music programme for SPLASH – Soft Power Forum 2025, Thailand’s flagship initiative spotlighting creativity and cultural influence.

Headlining the historic night was Thai rap superstar MILLI, who shook the stage with an electrifying set that included the debut of then-unreleased track ‘SICK WITH IT’ from her latest album HEAVYWEIGHT, along with new singles ‘ONE PUNCH’ and ‘MENACE’. A powerhouse of charisma and flow, MILLI’s return to the 88rising stage reaffirmed her global status following her viral Coachella moment in 2022.

Joining her were regional standouts who’ve lit up stages across Southeast Asia. Indonesia's RAMENGVRL brought fierce attitude and AMI-winning bangers like ‘Cashmere’ and ‘Vaselina’. Malysian rap queen Zamaera (Malaysia) delivered a commanding set with hits ‘Helly Kelly’, ‘Big Fish’, and ‘Get Munni’ — even showering the crowd with Zamaera-faced bills. Singapore’s Fariz Jabba turned up the heat with emotionally charged tracks ‘Day One’, ‘X Games’, and ‘Gun-T’, while Filipino singer-songwriter Zack Tabudlo added a heartfelt indie pop layer to the night with crowd singalongs.

The lineup also spotlighted Thailand’s burgeoning and estbalished stars. R&B artist Flower.far impressed with her sultry track ‘Like a fool’, while viral alt-pop star GALCHANIE charmed with ‘Baby Tee’. The biggest reaction of the night belonged to T-pop sensation PROXIE, who hyped the crowd with their energetic anthem ‘Traffic’. The WAYDAY & IAM Showcase introduced a new wave of Thai acts including Sammy Niche, AOM (Hangnokyung), EYE (EYERICE), ICE (MARKETFEEL), Mighty (WHITELIE), Pookan – Dansonthaya, and Prell Rattanaporn.

Beyond the stage, Road to FAM – The Finale became a nexus for Southeast Asia’s creative crowd. Thai actors and influencers like Tayme Thapthimthong, Soundtiss, and Silvy Pavida, along with regional musicians such as Rangga Jones, Yuji, GANGGA, Estelle Fly, and Jean Seizure were seen vibing among the crowd. Event producer Brite Panther also transformed the railway’s industrial backdrop into a vibrant music space, complete with Levi’s® customization booths, Nothing’s exclusive Headphone (1) preview, and a full F&B spread by Chang Beer and CP Group.

With heritage, innovation, and next-level talent converging under one roof, Road to FAM – The Finale proved that Asia’s future music stars aren’t just rising — they’ve already arrived.
