MoonD’shake is back from their two-year hiatus to take fans on an emotional journey of self-discovery with their album Paradise Tea. Drawing inspiration from “Paradise Tea 天堂茶” cigarettes, the album beckons listeners on an exploration that traverses fantasy and reality, led by scent and nostalgia.
Staying true to the album's overarching theme of conflict, the two discs of the 11-track album represent different perspectives that fall under the broad umbrella of emotional contrast. The first half of the album — featuring tracks like ‘We are beautiful’, ‘floating in this universe’, ‘New Dose’, ‘Amardolem’, ‘Wednesday’, and ‘Honeymoon’, opens the chapter by inviting listeners to reminisce and reflect, blending nostalgia with a touch of retro-modern charm.
The second half of the album juxtaposes the brightness of the first as the tracks pivot to a more mellow and personal sonic direction. Presenting tracks such as ‘Lovable’, ‘Pillow’, ‘History’, ‘Common Sky’, and ‘Departure’, the tracks lose their vibrance as though the glow of the sun was being dimmed by an eclipse — still beautiful, but with a darker and more mellow undertone.

As MoonD’shake says, “Even in darkness, the half-lit moon is a gentle guide, and even in the narrowest spaces, you must find a way to continue moving.”
With Paradise Tea, MoonD’shake takes fans on an introspective voyage of internal reflection, discovering the depth of emotions like wistfulness, emptiness, and peace to name just a few. Each track brims with their signature sound that does not fail to uplift the message of each song, making them musical powerhouses in Taiwan's growing indie pop scene.
