Fresh off their VMA debut, rising global boy group ONE OR EIGHT are back with a powerful new single, ‘BET YOUR LIFE’, the second release in their Anthems of Challenge series.
Following the high-energy first track ‘Young & Reckless’, this latest anthem shifts gears with the theme “Like You” — a bold statement of self-belief and fearless conviction. Backed by explosive production from David Arkwright (Bella Poarch, RIIZE, Benson Boone), ‘BET YOUR LIFE’ dares listeners to take risks, face doubt head-on, and keep moving forward, no matter the odds.
“It’s all about standing on the edge and taking that all-or-nothing leap. No matter what happens, we’ll never lose our true selves,” shared the group. “We want to share our LIFE — the life we’re putting everything on the line for — with 1DERZ and everyone who listens.”
From the emotionally charged lyric “絶対8になる未来 (a future that will definitely become 8)” to the explosive hook “You can bet your life”, the group show a grittier, more impassioned side — a level-up from their debut that feels ready for the world stage.
“The song challenges the listener to live boldly and chase a life of individuality,” says producer Arkwright. “It immediately felt like it embodied the spirit of the group.”
