WOAH Fest, the annual festival team-up between Symmetry Entertainment and Wanderland Festival, won’t be happening for a while.

But just to tide you guys over for the time being, the festival has announced a sideshow scheduled for March 7, 2016, headlined by indie-rock pioneers Death Cab For Cutie! The last couple of times they’ve been to Singapore have been magical, tear-filled experiences, so we have no reason to think this will be any different.

Sure, this version of Death Cab is without Chris Walla, but you know — Death Cab is still Death Cab! Most of us who grew up in the mid-2000s indie scene regard Ben Gibbard and company as deities, and time has only made our hearts grow fonder.

Details are still forthcoming so do keep tabs on the WOAH Fest Facebook page to find out ticketing and location details as they are unveiled. But till then, let’s celebrate the fact Death Cab are on call for us SG cuties again!
