Dream pop trio midst announce first ever live shows

With the release of their self-titled EP earlier this year, midst made a surprising splash out of nowhere — with their indulgences inspired by The xx in check, they weaved songs that were immediate despite their brooding charm.

Marking almost a year since its release, midst have now announced their first live dates ever. With a prominent opening slot for Intriguant's album release show locked in, they will also perform a headlining show at The Music Salon.

For a band that did not exist until just six months ago, convening in a bedroom, the EP marks an accomplishment for them – showing that they are indeed capable of making music this captivating, all in the onset of their career."

midst will perform alongside Intriguant at the Esplanade Annexe Studio on January 6th, while their gig at The Music Salon will happen on January 14th. Tickets for the latter show will be $10 at the door, and will start at 8pm.
