Following up on the successful first edition of LoveLive with SUBSONIC EYE and Disco Hue last month, our friendly neighborhood indie-rock party promoters EATMEPOPTART will be returning to Montreux Jazz Cafe for another go-around.
This time, they've lined up two of Singapore's most promising young female musicians in Jasmine Sokko and Ffion to headline the series' exciting second installment on Saturday, 15 April.
Singer-producer Jasmine Sokko is currently at the forefront of the country's burgeoning experimental electronic pop scene, hot off immensely popuar solo releases such as 'H2O' and '1057' and collaborations with New York-based producers such as Yllis and Lucian.
Similarly, Ffion is one of Singapore's hottest alt-R&B artists at the moment, riding high off lush singles such as 'With U', 'I Got You' and 'I Miss U'. With an EP set to drop in the coming months, Ffion is certainly a prospect you need to keep an eye on in 2017.
And as usual, Poptart's resident party-starters KiDG and weelikeme will cap off the night with a fist-pumping DJ set filled with rock, punk and Britpop anthems.
Entry for the show is $15 (inclusive of one drink), and the party lasts from 10pm all the way till 3am.
