After a Jazzy July, Esplanade presents Red Dot August to celebrate Singapore’s 52nd birthday.

Showcasing the talents and diversity of our nation through music, film and literature, this August series also “acknowledge the challenges and sacrifices of the many communities living and working in Singapore, and celebrate their courage and contributions”.

Featuring a Zubir Said tribute show — celebrating the man who wrote 'Majulah Singapura' — and performances by notable musicians such as singer-songwriter Adia Tay, metalcore band Vivienne’s Verdict, alternative rock outfit Cadence, and many more.

Happening from 1 – 31 August, it will be a month of Singaporean stories shared through arts.
