Gig venues may not be in abundance these days, but at least we've been seeing shows at more unconventional venues these days.

One such undertaking is A Rooftop Affair, which officially launched last year with rapper ShiGGa Shay, singer-songwriter Gentle Bones and acoustic-pop duo Us the Duo in the rooftop garden of myVillage — nestled in the homely estate of Serangoon Gardens.

This year, myVillage is continuing the banner name with an exclusive show by American singer-songwriter sensation Greyson Chance. The wunderkind first broke into the mainstream consciousness at 13 years old, when his cover of Lady Gaga's 'Paparazzi' went viral on YouTube.

He's since built himself a repertoire of original material, with songs like ‘Unfriend You’ and ‘Waiting Outside The Lines’ gaining extensive airplay and attention.

Like last year, fans can only gain access to A Rooftop Affair when they spend a minimum of $90 at myVillage, over the course of nine days.
