Singapore-based bassist (fun fact, he was actually born in Canada) Axel Serik is as talented as he is busy.

As the bassist for math-rock outfit Sphaeras and jazz meets post-metal band T-REX, he already has his hands full in 2016 - especially with the former's recent split-album with Brazil's Odradek and the latter's forthcoming Laneway Festival Singapore 2017 appearance coming up.

And we haven't even mentioned his recent tour with DEON across Canada or his side gig as on of Singapore's most consistent gig photographers.

With all that going on, its no wonder that Axel hasn't really touched his dormant Navire Creux project for long time. But thankfully, it seems as if the restless creative finally gotten some time to work on his solo material lately.

His latest single is entitled 'Fall of Humanity' and it presents us with a post-rock journey through post-apocalyptic terrain. Running at a little over four minutes, this eventful instrumental journey is certainly welcome return from hiatus.
