Collective Minds has struck again. In the wake of its previous booking, drum and bass giant Roni Size, the promoter has announced its next booking: Washington rapper and producer Oddisee.

Though not part of the trap-happy sect, Oddisee has many contemporary touchstones to his name. His jazz-minded production and uncompromising delivery, which is acutely and astutely informed by penetrating social commentary, are consummately hip-hop. Whether he's collaborating with Joey Bada$$ or Homeboy Sandman or signing off on solo material such as his 2017 full-length The Iceberg, his work is always categorically resounding where it matters the most. His show here is bound to be an illuminating and invigorating experience.
