Dream pop project Quite Quiet to launch Disoriented with release show

Dream pop project Quite Quiet, the long-gestating solo outing of Forests' Darell, will perform songs off his EP Disoriented, which was released late last year.

However, with its first physical release on cassette tape by Lithe Records, Quite Quiet will debut these songs live at Lithe House on February 18th after 7pm. The show will also feature hauste, Xingfoo&roy, along with two side projects of members from Forests and Tapestry — namely, Racoonhead and Age Six Racer.

But, undoubtedly, the best part of the show is indeed the cassette tapes — a limited deluxe edition release by Lithe Records, it'll feature all five tracks off Disoriented, along with selected tracks from his past EPs, making it a full-length album this time.

The tapes will feature pink/turquoise two-colour swirl variants on transparent shells — not sure what that looks like? These past releases by the label might give you an idea.
