Record Parade Cebu comes back for another edition for this year's Record Store Day festivities.

Vinyl sellers and collectors, music fans, and iconic brand Fred Perry are coming together to celebrate RSD 2019 on April 13 at DRAFT PUNK: Brewers & Skewers.
