Rico Blanco is cheering for Olympic Gold Medalist Hidilyn Diaz from his studio.
On Tuesday (07/27), just a day after Diaz won the gold, Rico Blanco released a reworked version of the Rivermaya original, 'Alab Ng Puso', inspired by the Philippines' historic win at the Tokyo Olympics.

Blanco, who has shared his love for sports in his vlogs, wrote in a statement that he couldn't believe Diaz's triumphant win at the Olympics. He adds that as a child, he'd always wondered when the time would come for the Philippines to meet such a huge milestone.
