SA to launch new album FLOW with an improvisational audio-visual presentation

In what has been a rich year for Singaporean releases, SA's debut full-length album FLOW certainly rates as one of 2016's finest. Their wonderful LP showcases the trio at their height, presenting an adventurous fusion of ethnic instrumentation and experimental electronic composition.

As well-received as the record has been though, the avant ensemble has yet to christen FLOW with a proper launch show, and that's something they aim to tick off on November 24th & 25th at the Aliwal Arts Centre.

Teaming with renowned visualist Brandon Tay of Syndicate fame, the outfit have crafted an ambitious audio-visual presentation for their material that promises to be anything but conventional.

Much like their album which focused on mood, texture and concepts - the launch will also be entirely improvisational, feeding off the spontaneous ebb and flow of each other's classical, traditional and experimental sensibilities, as well as Brandon Tay's brain-bending live imagery.
