Grand Prix season is fast approaching and apart from the actual race and the performances that the Singapore Grand Prix is synonymous with, another highlight is often the after-parties.
This year, Zouk Singapore is turning up the heat with a blockbuster weekend. With four events spread over three days (that's right, Sunday's included), the fast-paced weekend has aptly been named Checkpoint.
Bi-monthly EDM throwback series Code returns to kick off the weekend on Friday, 14 September as resident DJ Hong and his support Chandercheese take party-goers back to the good old days of EDM, when artists like Above & Beyond, Kaskade and Alesso reigned supreme.
The party continues on Saturday, 15 September as world renowned DJ (and multi-time Zouk alumni) R3HAB returns to Singapore for the first time since his triumphant set at ZoukOut 2017. Expect a high-octane set that is sure to live up to, if not surpass, the actual F1 race. But that's not all Zouk has up their sleeves for Saturday. Total Recall returns with Lincey and The Dinosaur to take over Capital for a night of '90s fun as party-goers revel in the hits of their yesteryears with Britney, Backstreet Boys and more.
The Checkpoint series closes out with a bang on Sunday as British singer-songwriter Jay Sean thrills fans with hits spanning back to his 2004 debut. Jay Sean will be supported by resident DJ Nash D who will be putting on a DJ set to close out the F1 weekend.
