Biography

The Bois came together in 2001 driven by a common purpose to write socially conscious songs fuelled by current affairs and their own experiences. Comprising Baba (vocals), Roy (lead guitar), Wan (bass), Mimi (rhythm guitar) and Oaki (drums), The Bois play a subgenre of street punk music called Oi!. In March, they opened for UK band The Oppressed’s 2012 Southeast Asian tour, performing at venues in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. To date, the band has launched three studio albums with an additional EP released this year.
