Secret Sounds Asia are thrilled to present award-winning indie outfit alt-J live in Manila on Tuesday, 19 May 2015 at The Theatre at Solaire Resort and Casino, Paranaque City.
In 2012, alt-J established themselves as one of music’s most intriguing new acts with critically-acclaimed debut ‘An Awesome Wave’. Featuring alt-J’s unique blend of electronic, folk and indie rock, held together by sharp songwriting, complex yet catchy melodies and enigmatic lyrics, the album was named BBC Radio 6’s Album of the Year and also won the Mercury Prize. Carrying on their success in 2014, sophomore album ‘This Is All Yours’ debuted at #1 on the UK album charts and was recently nominated for Best Alternative Music Album at the Grammy Awards.
