Bennett is a musician based in Singapore. Since starting his solo project mid-2015, he has been making his mark on the local arts scene. Following his debut performance at the Esplanade Concourse, Bennett has gone on to perform at Red Dot Design Museum, as part of their bi-yearly MAAD Sounds!, and SingJazz Club. Subsequently, he was invited to perform at the inaugural Neon Lights Festival held at the Fort Canning Park, where he was one of four local music headliners among an array of international acts. Bennett released his debut single, Komorebi, in April 2016, and launched his debut LP, Compass, in January 2017, accompanied by a 12-piece ensemble.
Performing with him are Tyen Ying Fong and Krish Natarajan, two fellow SOTA graduates of SOTA. Both were part of the theatre programme. Krish is a member of young & W!LD, and is studying at LASALLE College of The Arts. Tyen is a student at Singapore Management University, and is a freelance fitness instructor. Both of them will be reading excerpts of various texts and performing short scenes to accompany Bennett and his quartet.
