Founder, music director, composer, producer and teacher. These are some of the words used to describe Syed Ahmad, an all rounded multi-instrumentalist who has been in the music scene for 20 years.

A champion of local music, Syed Ahmad is one half of Singapore indie legends The Stoned Revivals, drummer for the eccentric and eclectic group Tiramisu, and the founder and Mestre to Singapore’s first and only samba school, Bloco Singapura.
