in::music – Xiao Qiu: Missing You

Taiwanese singer Xiao Qiu first captivated fans in Singapore as one-half of popular indie music duo katncandix2, with hit songs such as Goodbye Prince, Circus Convention and 2375. Now, she returns as a solo artist ready to charm us all over again!

Since katncandix2 went on hiatus in 2013, Xiao Qiu has been blazing new trails as a solo artist with several sold-out gigs under her belt, as well as winning over new fans as a stage and film actress in the musical Merry Christmas and the acclaimed musical film 52Hz, I Love You. Through this progress, she used her music to document the chapters of her journey, resulting in three EPs, and her long-awaited debut album in 2017, The Life of Stars.

With her characteristically winsome voice, together with emotive, catchy music, Xiao Qiu makes her way to Singapore again to bid us, as her album’s first song goes, Long Time No See.
