Patrik Skoog aka FAR, Agaric - Sample+Hold, Drumcode, Electric Deluxe, Parabel, Synewave, Planet Rhythm (SE)

Patrik Skoog isn’t only one of the youngest veteran techno and house producers from Sweden, he’s also one of the most interesting and inspired. Though incredibly versatile, the sustained energy in his sets and productions are equally exceptional.
Born in Malmo, Sweden, Patrik first started messing about with music making at around 15 years of age, originally influenced by early electro and industrial acts. His production efforts started to turn more towards techno and become more consistent when Headroom was formed together with A.FluX and H.Larsson in early 1997. In 1998 their first 12ä record was released on the Swedish label Loop records. Since then releases have followed on respected labels such as Evil Deception, Planet Rhythm UK, Synewave, Cloned, Template, Submissions, Compound and many more.
Aside from Headroom, Patrik began a solo project in 1999, slightly more towards dark tribal compared to his collaborations. Having worked for German and American labels he decided to set-up Native Diffusion Records, initially with a friend in Germany. This focuses mainly on own productions, but also showcases« remixes from the likes of Damon Wild, W.J Henze, Inigo Kennedy, Slobodan, Takaaki Itoh & Hardcell. Patrik has also DJed from the beginning of his career and has played praised gigs in the UK, USA and Europe. From 2005 and on, he evolved into his deeper Agaric project, with releases on his internationally celebrated We Are label, Adam Beyer’s Drumcode, Truesoul & Mad Eye, Raum…Musik, Kontra Musik, Treibstoff and Liebe Detail.
Besides his own stellar productions, collaborations with close friends Shonky, Ed Davenport and Beaner have also graced the Club Tracks series. International support came from leading DJs like Ben Klock, Joris Voorn, Magda, Laurent Garner and Sven Väth, Above all, his productions were championed by Josh Wink, who went on to sign his album debut to his Ovum imprint.
As a technical DJ with a magical sense for momentum and selection, he’s been playing worldwide for more than 10 years, while his equally as stellar Live sets are one of the few that can rock a crowd throughout its duration.
Relocating to Berlin in 2007, he quickly established himself as a celebrated constant inspiration, be it for extended Bar25 after hour sets, or club nights in Watergate, Arena, and Berghain’s Panoramabar, where he now holds his We Are label nights.
In the recent years Patrik has come full circle, probing anew the classic techno avenues that first inspired it all and releases the full length debut double 12" album "Exit Earth" released on the UK label Third Ear. Furthermore in 2014 his new vinyl-only label "Sample & Hold" is launched and distributed via Rush Hour Amsterdam.
After more than 100 vinyl releases, Patrik Skoog can look back at quite a history: His harder Techno project Headroom on his label Native Diffusion, releases on Synewave, Loop and many more long forgotten underground labels in the 90s and early 2000s left his first mark for those who know.

Varied in influences, Angela Flame expresses a sound that is rich and unique. Her own artist experience aspires one to read just as much.
Singapore’s true female techno warrior has a DJ career spanning more than a decade. From her legendary driving techno sets during the heat of the local scene in the 90s at venues such as Area 22, Liquid Room and Sessions @ Zouk, AF’s sound has advanced to a bridging edge creatively blending the classics with the new. She showcases a knowledge and respect for the depth of electronic music in all its complexity, not one to be waylaid by trend. Reading like a United Nations rollcall, AF’s list of tours include: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Australia, India, Mexico, USA, Holland, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, UK and Poland. Of which, Germany and in particular its electronic music mecca, Berlin, stands out as being her place of residency for 3 prominent career years from 2001-2004. With Berlin as her launch pad, AF performed at world-famous gatherings and clubs including Tresor (Berlin), Awakenings Festival (Amsterdam), Future Shock Party (Croatia) and Love Parade parties (Berlin). From intimate club environments
To 10,000-strong festivals, AF has stretched her sound across bodies and nations more than she could ever imagine. It was also in Berlin where her foray into production began, resulting in releases on labels AsianDynasty (Japan) and and a double-disc DJ Mix – Essential Underground Vol. 05: Berlin / Singapore with Frank Muller on DJ-sets.com. Her track “Fire Walk with Me” received airplay on BBC Radio 1 show ‘The Breezeblock’.
Having travelled the world, AF returned to do what she loves and knows best – the music. Exploring the experimental reaches of this vast domain comes with a turn towards digital platforms and its limitless boundaries. With a harness of current technology, AF continues to move forward into the future of techno, which is when it all began.

Jane Fitz - Boe Recordings (UK)
https://www.residentadvisor.net/dj/janefitz
https://soundcloud.com/janefitz
A DJ for over 20 years, Jane Fitz is resident at legendary UK festival Freerotation and in London at Night Moves, the party she co-runs with Jade Seatle. Unique in creating her strong reputation from DJing alone, Jane plays a hard-to-categorise mix of music that can take in early UK acid tracks, deep, spacey house, modern psychedelic techno, or ambient textures. That’s why you’re just as likely to hear her playing in the mountains of Japan, the beaches of Montenegro, the warehouses of Birmingham or the lofts of New York, as well as in the world’s most credible clubs, such as Concrete, Tresor, Closer or Panoramabar, often playing lengthy sets or even all night long. Recent, unhurried productions have begun to surface under the Invisible Menders name (co-produced with Dom Ahtuam) on cult labels such as Porn Wax, Boe and Animals on Psychedelics. But playing records in obscure locations remains a focus. As always, there is plenty to discover, much to learn and more to come.
