Founder of Jazz Fudge in early 1995, A&R, producer, promoter, record collector, award winning radio presenter, writer, chef and yogi. DJ Vadim has certainly been keeping himself busy, having performed more than 3000 sets in 78 countries to date, and playing at some of the worlds most prestigious festivals like Glastonbury and Fuji Rock.

His journey began in 1992, when the Russian expat bought a sampler and started working on his music that would birth 'Abstract Hallucinating Gases' and 'Headz Ain't Ready'. Later in the year he signed to Ninja Tune which culminated in his debut LP, USSR Repertoire.

Starting from a foundation in instrumental hip hop music, Vadim has combined bass culture, reggae, dancehall, latin, rap, and worldly sounds.
