A protégé of renowned guitarist Vivian Nonis, Regi Leo has built up a reputation as one of Singapore’s most prominent guitarists, with a style that takes from all genres from jazz and blues to pop and rock. He has played alongside international artists such as Nestor Torres, Lobo, Jam Hsiao and JJ Lin, and has performed at regional jazz festivals. Accompanied by Dr Tony Makarome (bass) and Rizal Sanip (drums), Leo presents his original compositions and takes on tunes by his personal jazz heroes.
