In its inaugural year, *SCAPE challenges the traditional view of dance productions. Come experience the reinvention of popular *SCAPE hangouts through 10 site-specific dance performances by young dancers who are in their element across diverse dance styles, from across the nation.

dance/canvas 2016 also features the premiere of Elements - a commissioned performance by SIX.5. True to their calling in seeking to be entertaining and inspiring - the dance company is expanding its artistic command of urban dance to site specific re-interpretations of 3 iconic *SCAPE venues inspired by the four elements of: Air (Bandstand), Water (Youth Plaza), Fire & Earth (The Ground Theatre).
