SHINE is an initiative by the National Youth Council that nurtures emerging interests and creativity among youth. Throughout the year, SHINE offers various opportunities for youth to showcase, learn, network, collaborate and hone their craft. More importantly, SHINE is a journey for those who have the courage to pursue their passions and aspirations, and go down the unconventional path. At the YOUTHx Weekend, SHINE LIVE will feature and celebrate some of the brightest and most promising bands and artists in Singapore.
