We’ve seen many esteemed people honoured in helping make Singapore what it is today in the lead up to Singapore’s Golden Jubilee. Lee Kuan Yew, the PAP, samsui women of yore, our foreign workers... Zouk will be paying tribute to some other notable characters who have made us who we are – Singapore’s many iconic mascots. Would we be as generous, as polite, or as productive as a nation if not for Sharity Elephant, Singa The Courtesy Lion or Teamy the Bee? Probably, but if there’s something we love as much as we enjoy dancing, it’s irony.
Embrace flashback fun with the SICC visuals and photobooth on the night, but on the music front, you can expect only the most quality nu disco tracks, with some deep house and bass thrown in by Zouk's resident DJ, Aldrin.
