A fabulous bird with a plumage of fire sits at the heart of Stravinsky’s stunning masterpiece The Firebird, which comes alive at the hands of celebrated Swiss maestro Charles Dutoit, who will also conduct the Southeast Asian premiere of Stravinsky’s rediscovered Funeral Song. Expect passionate artistry as the brilliant Russian pianist Lukas Geniušas joins Dutoit and the SSO for Rachmaninov’s virtuosic showpiece, the Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.

*Stravinsky's Funeral Song replaces Ravel's Alborada del Gracioso.
