If you haven’t already heard, Headquarters by the Council is your new home ground that will play host to The Council’s signature parties.

Julia Govor was born to move people. From her performances in a small military town in Abkhazia, to becoming the cassette-DJ at the town’s nightclub, it wasn’t long before the big city came calling.

Just as comfortable behind the decks, as she is in front of the cameras, she became an on-air personality for Miller TV and MTV and went on to interview some of the industry’s most prolific players such as Ricardo Villalobos and Richie Hawtin.

Since then she has gotten back to what she does best, telling hypnotic stories through the art of DJing. Conquering dance floors all around the world, from Detroit, Amsterdam, to Barcelona and Miami. Julia finally makes her debut in Singapore, so come lose yourselves on the sweaty dancefloor with us once more. There’s no better place to be.
