German DJ and producer, Neelix, is recognised for his unique and highly dynamic hybrid style of incorporating elements of Progressive Trance, Progressive House and Electro, which has come to be known as the ‘Neelix sound’ that has inspired a whole generation of producers. His 2005 album, “No Way To Leave” marks a turning point in the history of Progressive Trance when he took the genre one step further and mixed bouncy offbeat rhythms with elements from a huge bandwidth of styles. This unique formula made him a crowd-pleaser at a great variety of dance events, including monumental festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival and Tomorrowland.
