Christian Blackshaw has earned critical acclaim for his recent recitals and recordings of the Mozart Piano Sonatas. For his highly anticipated Singapore recital he will present three great masterpieces by Mozart, Schumann and Schubert at the Victoria Concert Hall. The concert will open with Mozart's dramatic Sonata No. 14 in C minor, a poignant expression of Mozart's personal anguish at the time, and closes with the tranquil Sonata in B-flatby Schubert. He will also perform Schumann's well-loved Fantasie in C major.
