起航 VOYAGE (BY ROYSTON TAN 陈子谦)

由本地著名导演陈子谦亲自监制的新加坡华族文化中心开幕演出《起航》，结合了音乐、灯光和多媒体元素，是一场彰显新加坡华族文化丰富多元面貌的视听盛宴。备受瞩目的鼟乐团（The TENG Ensemble）将重新编曲、呈献多首耳熟能详的童谣和民谣。演出以创新手法呈现华族艺术形式和传统价值观，配合特别设计的立体全息投影，以及灯光效果，让观众宛如置身幻境。

除了悦耳的民歌和令人惊艳的舞蹈表演，观众将欣赏到新传媒艺人陈炯江带来的振奋人心的击鼓表演。本地资深艺人李茵珠和歌台公主兼电台主持人李佩芬也将动情演绎母女之间温馨动人的亲情故事。

Helmed by award-winning director Royston Tan, Voyage is a spectacular musical and visual journey as we celebrate our Singapore Chinese culture. Featuring familiar nursery rhymes and folk songs re-arranged by the critically-acclaimed The TENG Ensemble, coupled with the use of 3D projection mapping and holographic imagery synchronised with lights, each act will take audiences to a different dreamscape, where Chinese art forms and traditional values are presented with a contemporary touch.

Be enthralled by the energy and emotions presented in each act – from heart-thumping drum beats by MediaCorp actor Desmond Tan, to melodious folk songs, colourful dance sequences, and tales of the tender affections from a mother to her child by veteran actress Li Yinzhu and “Getai” princess and radio deejay Lee Peifen.
