About This Venue
Located in the NAFA Campus 3 at 151 Bencoolen Street, the Lee Foundation Theatre is a purpose-built, proscenium stage for dramatic performances and concerts. It has an acoustic shell to enhance acoustics, with an architecturally fitted interior that is particularly conducive for music and vocal recitals. The 380-seater theatre is also capable of staging dance and drama performances, with an adjustable orchestra pit 3.5m deep to the front and an 8 m, 360-degree rotating platform located on the stage proper. The stage area is about 15 m deep and about 24 m across, with wing areas left and right. The height of the stage performance area rises to 8 m. Below the theatre are two large and one VIP dressing rooms, with a total of 19 make-up stations.
