10CM is issuing full refunds to fans who attended his 14 March Singapore stop of To 10CM: Chapter 1, after the South Korean singer experienced a sudden decline in his throat condition on the day of the concert.

The show took place at The Theatre at Mediacorp as part of his 2026 Asia tour. According to concert organiser FriedRice Entertainment, the artist received medical attention from local staff before the performance. Still, the concert went ahead as scheduled in line with 10CM’s wish to perform for fans who had already made their way to the venue.

Despite his condition, the singer completed the full set. Organisers later apologised for being “unable to present a fully complete performance in the artiste’s best condition” and confirmed that all attendees will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be processed via Ticketmaster through the original mode of payment, with the organiser noting that the process may take up to 40 business days.

Fans who were at the show have since shared messages of support online, praising 10CM for pushing through the night despite clearly not being at his best. One attendee wrote that he still “gave all his best” and even added 'Spring Snow' to the set. Another shared that, even as a casual listener, the performance earned their respect.

FriedRice Entertainment added that it will continue to monitor the singer’s condition with medical professionals while prioritising his health and recovery.

Known offstage as Kwon Jeong-yeol, 10CM first debuted as part of a duo in 2010 before continuing as a solo act. He has since become one of South Korea’s most beloved indie artists, with popular releases including 'Spring Snow' from Lovely Runner and 'Tell Me It’s Not A Dream' from Queen of Tears.
