The 41st Golden Disc Awards is heading to Vietnam.
The annual South Korean music awards ceremony will take place across 9 and 10 January 2027 at the special outdoor stage of the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) in Hanoi.
The upcoming edition marks Hanoi as the eighth overseas host city for the Golden Disc Awards, following previous ceremonies in Osaka, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing, Bangkok, Jakarta, Fukuoka, and Taipei.

The Hanoi ceremony will also mark the first large-scale K-pop event to be staged at VEC. The venue has previously hosted major Vietnamese music events including V Concert, which accommodated 25,000 attendees, and 8 Wonder Concert, which accommodated 50,000.
MAILIVE and MAISEAT are among the partners involved in bringing the 41st Golden Disc Awards to Hanoi, alongside HLL, Hakuna Matata, Studio MALL-ARP, Trip.com Group, and VEC.
The Golden Disc Awards celebrates some of South Korea's biggest music releases and artists of the year, bringing together its annual awards presentation with special live stages. Its 40th edition featured 18 K-pop acts, including LE SSERAFIM, Stray Kids, IVE, NCT WISH, ENHYPEN, ALLDAY PROJECT, JENNIE, and CORTIS.
The lineup and ticketing details for the Hanoi edition have yet to be announced.
