Fresh off her historic America’s Got Talent win, Nene Royal is heading to Singapore to open for Avenged Sevenfold.
Midas Promotions have announced that the 16-year-old Thai guitarist and singer will join the American heavy metal band for their show on 13 October at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

The announcement comes shortly after Nene, whose real name is Rattikarn Amloy, became the first Thai contestant to win America’s Got Talent. The Phuket native took home the Season 21 title after a run that saw her bring rock and metal to the competition stage with performances of The Cranberries’ 'Zombie', Soundgarden’s 'Black Hole Sun', and The White Stripes’ 'Seven Nation Army'.
Ahead of the final results, Nene also joined Linkin Park for 'The Emptiness Machine', playing guitar and sharing vocal duties with Emily Armstrong. She also jammed with Mexican rock trio The Warning during the finale.
Her Singapore appearance will now put her onstage with another major name in rock. Avenged Sevenfold’s upcoming concert marks the band’s first show in Singapore in over 11 years.
The band — comprising M. Shadows, Synyster Gates, Zacky Vengeance, Johnny Christ, and Brooks Wackerman — will take the Singapore Indoor Stadium stage as part of their 2026 Asia tour.
