Mandopop musical, An Accident of Love 搭错车, is set to play in Singapore on Saturday, 16 November, 7pm, at The Star Theatre, The Star Performing Arts Centre.

Featuring the Chinese Queen of Love Ballad Della Ding Dang, veteran musical actor Wang Bo-Sen, and singer-songwriter Nylon Chen, this stage adaptation of the classic 1983 Taiwanese film Papa, Can You Hear Me Sing? has been performed in cities such as Taipei, Kaohsiung, Taizhong, Xiamen, Toronto, Vancouver, Shanghai and Beijing. 

The 180-minute long musical will feature classic songs from the film such as 'The Same Moonlight 一样的月光', 'Anything For Sale? 酒矸倘卖无', 'Please Follow Me 请跟我来' and 'If 是否'. Della's hits such as 'I Love Him 我爱他' and 'Runaway From Home 离家出走' will also be performed alongside an all-new track, 'An Accident of Love 搭错车'.

Tickets priced at $198 (VIP), $178, $158, $138, $118, $98 will be available from Thursday, 5 September, 10am onwards via APACTix. All VIP ticket holders will be entitled to a meet-and-greet with the cast.
