Anime music fans in Singapore have another concert to look forward to. TRUE is set to make her return to the Lion City with TRUE Live Tour PLAY! vol.3 - Ranbu -, taking over the Esplanade Annexe Studio on 26 July.
Best known for her soaring vocals and extensive catalogue of anime theme songs, TRUE has become one of Japan's leading anisong performers. Throughout her career, she has lent her voice to beloved series including That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Violet Evergarden, Sound! Euphonium, and Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans.
Singapore marks one of several stops on the Asian leg of the tour following its run in Japan, alongside performances in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taipei, and South Korea.
Inspired by traditional Japanese culture and the Taisho era, PLAY! vol.3 - Ranbu - promises a theatrical live experience that blends classic Japanese aesthetics with modern rock energy. Fans can expect elaborate stage production, striking costumes, immersive visuals, and specially arranged performances that incorporate traditional Japanese melodies and instrumentation into TRUE's signature sound.
