It's that magical time of the year again—Apple has revealed its upgrades to the latest models of the iPhone and iPad.
On Wednesday (15/09), Apple held another product launch event to unveil the new iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max line and improved versions of the iPad and iPad mini. It's tech any artist and musician would love to have in their arsenal to create content and unleash their creativity.

The new iPhone 13 line
Apple has introduced the all-new iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max systems to push the boundaries of it line of smartphones.
It's got an upgraded camera system with new Ultra Wide, Wide, and Telephoto camera to capture stunning photos and Hollywood-worthy videos. With macro photography on the new Ultra Wide camera and up to 2.2x improved low-light performance on the new Wide camera, the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max offer creators more possibilities for their craft. Besides delivering gorgeous photos with its Photographic Styles feature, users will also get to enjoy the Cinematic mode for beautiful depth-of-field transitions, macro video, time-lapse, and slo-mo.
The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max also sees big improvements with its battery life and a new storage capacity of 1TB and a Ceramic Shield front cover. It comes in four finishes, including graphite, gold, silver, and the all-new sierra blue.
The all-new iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini feature a sleek and duarable design—similar to its predecessor—and an improved dual-camera system that's great in low light settings. It comes in five colors—pink, blue, midnight, starlight, and (PRODUCT)RED.
Taking a peek at the new dual-camera system, the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini now has a wide camera with bigger pixels and sensor-shift optical image stabilization, compared to the iPhone 12. Users will also get the chance to fiddle around with the Photographic Styles and Cinematic mode to explore their skills in storytelling.
The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini also perform wonderfully with super-fast speed and power efficiency with A15 Bionic. It's also got a longer battery life, a brighter Super Retina XDR display, a Ceramic Shield front cover, and is water resistant.
Availability of the iPhone 13, iPhone mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max begins on 24 September (Friday). Pre-orders open on 17 September (Friday).
All-new iPad and iPad mini
Apple is also going big with its upgrades to the portable iPad mini. With a larger 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display and advanced cameras, the iPad mini is powered by the new A15 Bionic chip delivers up 80% more power compared to its previous generation. It also connects with a USB-C port, allowing faster connectivity.
The new iPad mini also supports Apple Pencil (2nd generation), an important tool for creatives who want to jot down notes and sketch out their next masterpiece.
Apple's upgrade to the popular iPad tablet features A13 Bionic, Centre Stage, and True Tone at an affordable price. It's got a 10.2-inch Retina display with True Tone, a 12 megapixel Ultra Wide front camera with Centre Stage, support for Apple Pencil (1st generation) and Smart Keyboard.

iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini will be available for 1,299 SGD and 1,149 SGD, respectively, on 24 September.
The new iPad mini, priced at 749 SGD and 979 SGD (Wi-Fi + Cellular), and iPad (9th Generation), priced at 499 SGD and 699 SGD (Wi-Fi + Cellular) are available for pre-order today, and will be in stores beginning 24 September.
