Following the release of their third EP HOPE, Korean boyband ARrC paid their Indonesian fans a surprise visit with many special performances and exclusive opportunities for their fans to meet them, through the fan events and press meets.

ARrC’s lineup of pop-up performances included their visits to a few high schools and middle schools in Jakarta on 19 and 22 August. They performed the title track from HOPE, 'awesome', in addition to classic fan favourites such as 'nu kidz' from their sophomore EP, nu kidz: out the box. The visit and the performance excited the fans immensely, with the dance club at one school even getting involved in the showcase with an electrifying recital to ARrC's track 'awesome'.

The official 'awesome' dance challenge between the septet and the students from the schools surpassed over 200,000 views and 40,000 likes across social media—shining the spotlight on the meaningful connections between idols and their international fans. ARrC has also revealed that they have collaborated with one of Asia’s most popular digital character IPs, Karafuru, to release a visualiser that was a perfect balance between the band's distinct flair and the signature style of Karafuru.

Also on the roster of exciting fan events, on 23 August, ARrC levelled up on the fun with their launch of awesome fest, a fan event that included a Karafuru pop-up store, a photo booth, fan signing sessions, and a live performance. To pay homage to Indonesia's rich cultural heritage, the members of ARrC donned traditional Batik attire and greeted fans in the local language.

Andy from ARrC reflected on the experience as he expressed, "Despite the language barrier, the warm smiles and greetings from Indonesian fans moved us deeply."

The uproar surrounding ARrC was observed with the spike in their social media followings and the overwhelming passion from their devoted fans. ARrC proves time and time again that they are one of Gen Z's rising global icons. They pledge to stay connected to their fans with their upcoming debut fan meet THE 1ST FAN MEETING IN JAPAN: We ARrC, We Awesome happening in Tokyo on 7 September, with many more events to come.
