Christian Bautista has officially signed an exclusive recording contract with Sony Music Philippines.

He signed the contract this July at the label’s Ortigas office with Sony Music Philippines’ General Manager Roslyn Pineda, Deputy General Manager Maan Atienza, and NYMA COO Kat Bautista.
The move of signing with Sony comes fresh off an eventful year for Christian—including renewing his contract as a Kapuso and earning international recognition at the Telly Awards and The Outstanding Filipinos in America (TOFA). He also clinched two Collision Awards for matching outfits: Silver Winner and Audience Choice Winner in the Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle category.

When asked about his experience signing with Sony, he expressed, “This is such an exciting time—2025 has already been incredible. I’m deeply grateful to the entire Sony Music Philippines team for their warm welcome and to my management at NYMA for their unwavering guidance and for constantly opening new doors for me."
Christian added, "Even after more than 20 years in the industry, it’s amazing to discover that there is still so much more to explore. I’m surrounded by people and listeners around the world who inspire me and remind me that the opportunities are truly endless.”
This new partnership brings Sony Music Philippines' team and NYMA together to help him step into a new era of creation and music as one of OPM's most promising voices.
From classic hits such as 'The Way You Look at Me' to his most recent single 'Vertigo', Christian continues to grow and evolve his sound as an artist, and this partnership further accelerates the process of establishing his musical identity.
Sharing the same sentiment, Roslyn Pineda shared, “Christian Bautista’s artistry transcends borders, and we are excited to amplify his voice across Southeast Asia and beyond.
