AtHeart captures the cheeky push and pull of love in their single 'Say It'. Painting the picture of coaxing that special person to finally confess their love, the septet capture the desperation, frustration and nervous energy that builds up.

The track was inspired by The Cardigans' iconic hit, 'Lovefool' drawing from the iconic hook, "Love me, love me, say that you love me". They channel the story behind the track through their impeccable storytelling through lyrics that say, "Say it, say it, say it, say it like you mean it, baby, mean it, mean it, mean it, mean it when you say it, baby, you can't fool me tryna play it cool". The groovy bassline infuses the track with a nostalgic pop flair, elevating its upbeat K-pop sound while showcasing the group's genre-blending musicality.
The music video that accompanies the track is truly a wild ride as it follows the group as they take up a workout class. Member Nahyun falls in love with a gymnast at that gym, hoping that he would come over and confess his feelings. Nahyun gets lovesick as she holds on nervously for him to tell her how he feels.
Finally the septet debuts their literally killer dance moves on a talent show stage where technical difficulties seem to keep happening as one of the stage lights crashes into Nahyun's crush. In a humourous video of affection and chaos, the video perfectly translates the mess that withholding emotions can bring.
With 'Say It', AtHeart showcase their playful summer-soaked charm and growing artistic identity through a track that is equal parts nostalgic, catchy, and emotionally relatable. Paired with a delightfully chaotic music video and infectious pop energy, the release marks another confident step forward for the rising group as they continue carving out their own place in K-pop.
