Orchard Road is getting a dose of F1 action and live music this August. BABYMONSTER are teaming up with adidas and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula 1 Team for adidas Orchard Ignition, happening on 29 and 30 August. The two-day takeover will bring motorsport, music, and culture to the heart of Singapore ahead of Grand Prix™ Season Singapore (GPSS).
Expected to draw more than 30,000 fans, the event will feature a Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team Guided Garage Tour, a Live Race Car Demo and Hot Laps along Orchard Road, as well as a Fan Festival featuring BABYMONSTER, Benjamin Kheng, Iman Fandi, and DJ KIARA.
BABYMONSTER are hitting the streets of Orchard Road
On 30 August, Orchard Road will be transformed into an approximately 600-metre temporary street track for Singapore's first F1 Live Race Car Demo in over a decade.
Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team reserve driver Fred Vesti will take the wheel for a series of high-speed demonstrations along the stretch between Paragon and TANGS at Tang Plaza.
BABYMONSTER will officially flag off the showcase before joining the action themselves for Hot Laps in a Mercedes-AMG car sporting a Singapore-exclusive livery. Fans will also be able to catch live in-car broadcast feeds from the experience.
The Live Race Car Demo and Hot Laps are free and open to the public, with dedicated viewing areas along Orchard Road. Selected fans will also be able to win access to VIP Viewing Decks.

Once the engines quiet down, the festivities will continue at Design Orchard's rooftop amphitheatre for the Fan Festival.
BABYMONSTER will make a special appearance for a fan engagement session from 6 PM to 6:35 PM, which will be open exclusively to ticketed winners.
From 6:35 PM, Benjamin Kheng and Iman Fandi will take the stage for live performances, before DJ KIARA closes out the evening with a high-energy set. The performances are free and open to the public, subject to controlled entry and available capacity.

A day before the Orchard Road action, fans can get a closer look at the world of Formula 1 at the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team Garage pop-up outside adidas Brand Centre Orchard on 29 August.
Open to the public from 10 AM to 8:45 PM, the pop-up takes inspiration from track-side hospitality and team garage environments. Selected fans will be able to join 15-minute Guided Garage Tour sessions and meet Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team technicians as they prepare the car for its Orchard Road demonstration.
How to win access to adidas Orchard Ignition
From 14 to 25 August, fans can enter a series of promotions across adidas stores, adidas.com.sg, the adidas App, retail partners, and participating Orchard Road outlets for a chance to score access to the Guided Garage Tour, VIP Viewing Decks, and BABYMONSTER fan engagement at the Fan Festival.
Among the promotions, shoppers who spend SGD 250 — including at least one motorsport item — and exchange 500 adiClub points via the adidas App can enter for a chance to win an Ultimate Motorsport Experience for two, comprising access to all three activities. adiClub members can also exchange 500 points for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the Fan Festival featuring BABYMONSTER.
From 27 August to 17 September, fans who spend SGD 180, including at least one selected motorsport item, at participating adidas stores and online can also receive an exclusive BABYMONSTER bag charm or shoe charm, while stocks last.
