BABYMONSTER traded the stage for the fast lane as they joined Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team reserve driver Fred Vesti for a high-octane weekend in the heart of Singapore.
Held across 29 and 30 August, adidas Orchard Ignition transformed Orchard Road into a temporary street track, bringing together motorsport, K-pop, fashion, and live music. An estimated 200,000 fans from Singapore and around the region attended the two-day event.

The takeover also celebrated the launch of the adidas x Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team Vanda Bloom Collection, a Singapore-inspired capsule drawing from the colours of the country's national flower, the Vanda Miss Joaquim.
Orchard Road becomes a race track
The festivities kicked off on 29 August with a Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team Garage Display outside adidas Brand Centre Orchard.
Over 40,000 fans reportedly turned up on the first day, with selected attendees getting a closer look at the team's race-weekend operations through guided garage tours led by Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team technicians. Vesti also made appearances during selected sessions.

Things shifted up a gear on 30 August, when more than 160,000 fans gathered along Orchard Road for a Live Race Car Demo.
Vesti took the Mercedes F1 W04 and the all-new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé down a 600-metre stretch between Paragon and TANGS at Tang Plaza. The latter made its Asia debut at the event in a Singapore-exclusive Vanda Bloom livery.

BABYMONSTER were on hand to flag off the W04 before getting in on the action themselves. The K-pop group joined Vesti for hot laps in the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé, speeding down Orchard Road and drifting through turns as the experience was streamed to fans on-site and online.
BABYMONSTER meets fans at Design Orchard
The action continued at the adidas Orchard Ignition Fan Festival at Design Orchard's rooftop amphitheatre.
BABYMONSTER met fans for a special engagement featuring a quick-fire Q&A, followed by a round of “Song Charades”. Three fans were also invited onstage to show off their moves to some of the group's songs.

The evening's music programme continued with performances from Singaporean artists Benjamin Kheng and Iman Fandi, with the latter also appearing as one of the local faces of the Vanda Bloom Collection campaign. KIARA later took over with a DJ set that brought the weekend's mix of music, fashion, and motorsport together.
Hosted by 987FM's Joakim Gomez alongside April Kim, the festival also saw fans take home signed Vanda Bloom merchandise. One attendee walked away with the flag BABYMONSTER used during the Live Race Car Demo, signed by the group.

Inspired by Singapore's Vanda Miss Joaquim orchid, the Vanda Bloom Collection incorporates pink and purple floral elements alongside the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team's signature teal accents across driver caps, shorts, tees, fanwear, and accessories.
For Vesti, taking an F1 car onto one of Singapore's best-known shopping streets made for a particularly memorable demo.

“adidas Orchid Ignition was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and it can’t be beaten for a demo run!” he shared, adding that taking BABYMONSTER on the hot laps was “really fun”.
