BABYMONSTER have transformed into vampires for the music video of their latest track, ‘MOON’.
The cinematic visual sees the group step into a dark horror-fantasy world beneath a blood-red full moon. The members awaken inside coffins, reveal sharpened fangs, transform into bats, and take on high-flying action sequences while dressed in striking black-and-red looks.
The music video quickly rose to No. 1 on YouTube’s Worldwide Trending chart following its release.
‘MOON’ appears on BABYMONSTER’s third mini album, CHOOM. It concludes the group’s three-month visual project, which also featured music videos for ‘CHOOM’, ‘SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA’, and ‘I LIKE IT’.
A performance video for ‘MOON’ is set to arrive on 5 August at midnight. According to YG Entertainment, its choreography will feature movements inspired by the moon and the track’s chorus lyric, “I’m the moon.”
