Welcome to Beatopia!

beabadoobee just released her sophomore album, Beatopia which is "a fantastical yet deeply personal world"  born out of the singer-songwriter's 7-year-old imagination. Said to house beabadoobee's most impressive work to date, the record weaves together sounds of "fuzzy rock, classic singer-songwriter, psychedelia, midwest emo, and outright pop".

Beatopia features 14 songs, including her previously released singles 'Talk', 'See you soon', 'Lovesong', and '10:36'. In line with the album release, the Filipino-British act will also be releasing a music video for 'Sunny Day', a track inspired by her love of early 2000s pop.

"'Sunny Day' is a song that I've always wanted to make but something that I've never done before. Putting it on Beatopia was quite nerve wracking for me but I'm glad I did. We had written it during a week of crazy productivity in terms of creating songs, I had a session with Starsmith and the song just flowed naturally. I love it," said beabadoobee.

beabadoobee will be embarking on a world tour this September, which sees stops in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
